Product Order Refunds

Cancellation requests for any Big Time Victual product orders must be submitted within 48
hours of submitting the order to receive full refund. Final Sale and Last Chance labeled products
are exempt from refunds.

Big Time Victuals offers free returns within 7 days of purchase for damaged products.

Eligibility for Refunds:

● Refunds must be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the product.
● Product exchanges are strictly prohibited. Changes to product order must be
communicated up to 48 hours after order is placed.
● Damaged and defective products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
If damaged, please ship the product back to BTV to receive the new product. Big Time
Victuals will replace all products at no additional charge.
● The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product
must have no visible signs of wear or use. If damaged, please ship the product back to
BTV to receive the new product.
● The item must be in the original packaging. If damaged, please ship the product back to
BTV to receive the new product.
● To complete the return, Big Time Victuals requires a receipt, proof of purchase or
confirmation number associated with the order.

● Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale, Final Sale and Last Chance items
cannot be refunded. Items are listed as nonrefundable upon purchase.
● If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the
recipient, brand credit will be issued for the value of your return within 3-5 business
days.
○ Recipients will be eligible to purchase any item available within the Big Time
Victuals brand including merchandise.
○ Recipients will be contacted for additional information following initiation of the
request.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

● Gift cards
● Final Sale
● Sale
● Last Chance
● Used Product

Once the return request is received and inspected, Big Time Victuals will send an email to
confirm the request. Big Time Victuals will also contact the recipient with the decision of the
approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, then the refund will be processed to the credit
card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Refunds

● Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. All returning product should be
sent to: UPS address
● Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.
