Common questions about trying exotic soda.
3-10 business days. The range accounts for holidays, carrier delays and
shipping distance. BTV commits to fulfilling all orders within 48 hours of
receiving the order and payment.
Damaged and defective products must be reported within 7 days of receiving
the product. If damaged, please ship the product back to BTV to receive the
new product. Big Time Victuals will replace all products at no additional
charge.
As of July 2023: Very Soon BTV products will be in stores in the South Florida area.

BTV hosts events and acquires vendor space at different events across South and Central Florida at least once every quarter (3 months). Visit our Events page or social media for upcoming events.
